How to Organize Your Own Swingers Party

The Ins and Outs of Hosting

Specialized parties and events hosted by swingers themselves in their own homes have become incredibly popular. It is widely believed that the home environment offers multiple benefits like providing a more relaxing environment as well as a more discreet locale for your swinging-based fun. However, the only thing is that a swingers party needs to be planned and organized in advance just like any normal event that you would hold in your home. There are several things that you need to have in place and remember when choosing to throw your own swinging shindig.

1.) Pre-Party Cleaning

Just like any other party at your house, make sure that your home is clean. This means clean and fresh sheets on all available beds, clean shower, clean towels, and even have your pool or hot tub cleaned if you have one as you can expect them to be used. It is also useful to have easily accessible bowls of condoms spread around your house so that they can be grabbed in a hurry.

2.) Food and Drink

Again, since a swingers party is still in fact a party, you will want to have food and drinks available for your guests. This does not mean that you have to go all out and plan a full course meal though. Having a variety of snacks and finger foods available in either your kitchen or dining room will be a thoughtful touch and be very helpful when people are needing to replenish their energy once the festivities really get rolling. Offering alcohol is a pretty standard idea as well. Just make sure to have a bar area set up with cups and ice. If you are throwing a “bring your own booze” party, have a bar area stocked with ice, straws, and mixers.

3.) Get Things Rolling With Some Games

Since a swingers party might be new to you as well as to come of your guests, things can certainly be uncomfortable at first. The tension can be alleviated through the help of some games though. They can help people relax and get to know each other before really getting into the heart of the party. Some fun options include strip twister, spin the bottle, or drinking games like I’ve Never.

4.) Room Assignment

The real fun of a swingers party is about being free to roam the house and engage as you please. This means that room assignment is more for convenience rather than ordering people around. You should allocate certain rooms for socializing, open areas for general fun, and private areas where your guests can be alone. Telling everyone up-front will help, but the best way is to put up festive signs around the rooms or on the doors indicating what each area should be used for.

This is especially important for the bathroom. Taking a fun shower is a popular activity at a swingers party. Yet, if you only have one bathroom, you need to make sure that everyone knows the bathroom needs to be for purely bathroom use. It certainly helps to have two bathrooms or at least one and a half if you are hosting a swingers party so that one can be used for function while the other is used for fun.

Hi there. I'm Andrea Marc. My husband and I have been swinging for the past four years. It was definitely a learning experience at first, and I want to share the knowledge we acquired to help you make the decision to get into swinging or not in addition to all the extras involved if you decide that you do want to become a swinger. Swinging is a process, and you should not be afraid to back out if you find out that it is not for you.
